We are elated to announce our Judges for the 2023 DIALECTIVE Runway Showcase

Colm Dillane of KidSuper

Colm Dillane is a New York City-based designer best known for founding his label KidSuper in 2012, which currently operates out of Brooklyn. He started screenprinting T-shirts when he was just 14 years old, and has most recently guest designed Louis Vuitton's upcoming Fall/Winter 2023 collection.

Lu Chen

Lu Chen is a Parsons-trained fashion designer, most known for her label LÙCHEN. Her designs focus on the human body and how it serves as the basis of anthropomorphism – the habit of attributing human traits to everything from animals to inanimate objects.

Elena Velez

Elena Velez is an american fashion designer and artist from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, based in New York City. A graduate of Parsons School of Design and Central Saint Martins, her work is known for its nontraditional synthesis of metalwork and high fashion.

ThomaÏ Serdari

ThomaÏ Serdari is the director of fashion and luxury MBA at New York University, as well as the author of Rethinking Luxury Fashion: The Role of Cultural Intelligence in Creative Strategy.

As of January 29, 2023, Lindsay Chang, Director of Atelier New York will be a judge.

The Judges will be reviewing portfolio submissions and selecting their top 16 applicants according to our values. The application deadline is on January 5th and we will announce selected designers on January 23! Thank you to those who have already submitted! We appreciate your continued support and effort!
